Following the purchase of a plot of land by Lake Harku in February 2021, a competition was launched that July for the development of the site. The winning entry, submitted by Kuu Arhitektid, foresees around 400 homes and a number of commercial premises for the site.

In addition to the residential construction on the site, the area by the lake will be redeveloped, with a promenade being established along the waterfront.
