Arco Vara’s biggest development in Bulgaria to date, Manastirski Livadi is in southern Sofia. It proved highly popular among people in the city for its affordable homes close to major shopping centres, restaurants and a hospital. Nor is it far from the Sofia ring road, allowing residents to get just about anywhere in the Bulgarian capital within a reasonable time.
