These middle-class private homes are being planned for a site not far from the Bulgarian capital Sofia. The land was originally earmarked for apartment buildings, but with the sharp rise in demand for private homes due to the outbreak of COVID-19 we decided to make the switch from apartments to freestanding homes.

The construction of Botanica Lozen is set to begin in the first half of 2022.
