The unique boutique building of Arco Vara reached its final height

The innovative Kuldlehe boutique residence in Pirita developed by real estate developer Arco Vara has reached its final height. Construction at Lehiku tee 11 began this year in March, the cornerstone was laid at the end of May, and the five luxurious homes with a unique architectural solution will be completed in the first quarter of next year.

The topping-out ceremony to honor the builders of the Kuldlehe building in the highly rated Merivälja settlement of private houses was held on September 7. Arco Vara’s development partner in this project is the construction company COMBICON OÜ.

According to Miko Niinemäe, the CEO of Arco Vara, the residential building under construction is exceptional in many ways among the company’s projects so far. “Kuldlehe’s innovative clustered house has a unique architectural solution, an exceptional location, a high-quality construction solution, and a luxurious interior, as well as modern and energy-efficient heating solutions,” listed Niinemäe.

“The future residents of Kuldlehe will get a spacious, luxurious home in a quiet area near the city – it is the harmony of a private house combined with the comforts of an apartment, and there will only be five such exclusive apartments in the boutique building. The goal of our development projects is to create only the kind of living environments where we would like to live ourselves, and Kuldlehe is one of such without a doubt,” Niinemäe added.

Homes of 175-200 square meters spread over two floors and will have a modern and luxurious interior in addition to a high-quality construction solution. Each four-bedroom apartment has walk-in wardrobes, three bathrooms, and a sauna. All Lehiku homes have a spacious terrace and a balcony on the second floor. Parking is arranged underground and next to the property, there is a green area with a playground for children. Kuldlehe residence is an A-energy class building with geothermal heating and solar panels installed on the roof of the house.

According to COMBICON OÜ project manager Kert Lindeberg, the construction that started in March has gone according to schedule and the homes will be ready in the first quarter of next year as planned. “It is an exciting experience for us to build a house with such unique architecture. Our cooperation with Arco Vara is running smoothly, because we have been involved in the process from the beginning, and Arco is a professionally conscious customer who knows what it wants,” Lindeberg characterized the construction process.
