Arco Vara’s unique boutique building reaches final height

The innovative Kuldlehe boutique building, under construction in Pirita by real estate developer Arco Vara, has reached its final height. Construction at Lehiku tee 11 started in March this year, the building received its cornerstone at the end of May and five luxurious homes with a unique architectural solution will be completed in the first quarter of next year.

The topping-out ceremony for the Kuldlehe boutique building in the prestigious private residential area of Merivälja was held yesterday, 7 September, to thank the builders. Arco Vara’s development partner in this project is the construction company COMBICON OÜ.

According to Miko Niinemäe, CEO of Arco Vara, the residential building under construction is exceptional among the company’s current projects in several respects. “Kuldlehe’s innovative cluster building has a unique architectural solution, an exceptional location, a very high-quality construction solution and luxurious interior finishing, and modern and energy-efficient heating solutions,” Niinemäe said.

“Future residents of Kuldlehe will enjoy a spacious luxury home in a quiet area close to the city – it’s the feel of a private house with the comforts of an apartment, and there will only be five such exclusive apartments in the boutique development. The aim of our development projects is to create living environments where we would like to live ourselves, and Kuldlehe is definitely that,” Niinemäe added.

The 175-200 square metre homes, spread over two floors, will not only feature high-quality construction but also modern and luxurious interiors. Each four-bedroom apartment will have walk-in wardrobes, three shower rooms and a sauna. All Lehiku homes come with a spacious terrace and a balcony on the second floor. Parking is under the house and there is a green area with a playground for children next to the property. The Kuldlehe boutique building is an energy class A building with geothermal heating. Solar panels will also be installed on the roof.

According to Kert Lindeberg, Project Manager of COMBICON OÜ, the construction, which started in March, has progressed as planned and according to schedule, with the homes being completed in the first quarter of next year. “It’s exciting to build a building with such unique architecture. Our cooperation with Arco is going smoothly because we have been involved in the process from the beginning and Arco is a professionally aware client who knows what it wants,” said Mr Lindeberg.
