Arco Vara announced to the stock exchange the changes in the management structure coming into effect at the beginning of the new year. “After working at Arco Vara for 8 years, our long-term Head of Development, Tiit Nõu, is ready for new challenges, and therefore we are redistributing his assignments and bringing in a new employee, who will be responsible for organizing the company’s daily work,” confirmed Miko Niinemäe, the CEO and board member of Arco Vara.
According to Miko Niinemäe, Tiit Nõu is a valuable expert and team member. “We are grateful for his great contribution to the development of the Kodulahe quarter. His extensive knowledge and skill to lead development projects have set an example for all of us. We wish Tiit an enjoyable, well-deserved vacation and hope to cooperate with him in the future again.”
Tiit Nõu will leave Arco Vara at the beginning of 2023.
According to Niinemäe, regarding this occasion, the company decided to change the entire management structure. The responsibilities of the current Head of Development will be redistributed to other positions. The duties of Tiit Nõu on the boards of subsidiaries will be performed by Arco Vara’s CEO Miko Niinemäe and lawyer Evelin Kanter. From January 2, 2023, Sander Sisask, a new COO will join the Arco Vara team. He will mainly be responsible for the company’s daily work, marketing, and HR matters.
“Arco Vara continues to grow and our plan for the future is to give our customers access to 200 new homes every year. Therefore, recruiting more staff and expanding our management team is necessary,” Niinemäe said.
