Arco Vara plans to issue unsecured bonds. The main conditions of the issue are the following:

Issue volume EUR 2,200,000

Minimum subscription EUR 10,000

Nominal value of bond EUR 10,000

Issue price of bond EUR 10,000

Interest rate 10% per year, paid once per quarter

Subscription period 1 December – 9 December 2022 at 17:00 p.m.

Subscription priority First come, first served

Maturity date 13 December 2024

Proceeds of the bond issue will be used for financing development of Kodulahe Kvartal.
