Madrid BLVD ärihoone
Arco Vara built a commercial and residential building in Sofia city centre between 2007 and 2010. The building has two underground floors and 9 above-ground floors and houses a car park, apartments, a shopping centre and offices. All the apartments in the building have been sold, but to date the group is still involved in renting retail and office space totalling around 7,500 m². The building currently has 0% vacancy.
