The new Kodukalda quarter, consisting of four houses, was completed in late 2020 in the naturally rich corner of Supilinna on the Emajõgi River with its diverse architecture. The complex consists of two three-storey penthouses and two two-storey function-style apartment buildings. In total, there will be 30 apartments in the block, ranging from 1-2 bedroom apartments, ideal for students, to 3-4 bedroom family apartments, where it’s great to grow up together and make memories.
In addition to the area’s communal recreational and leisure areas, the Kodukalda quarter has a barbecue area for residents and two playgrounds for the little ones in the family. All four buildings are connected to a network of easy access paths, and there is convenient access to both the Emajõgi promenade and Oa Street.
