Real estate developer Arco Vara appoints Annika Altmäe as Marketing Manager
As of today, February 3, Annika Altmäe joins Arco Vara as a Marketing Manager. Her focus will be on strengthening the Arco Vara brand, increasing customer satisfaction, and enhancing the company’s visibility in the real estate market.
After earning a master’s degree in communication management from the University of Tartu, Altmäe has spent the past decade specializing in marketing, primarily in the retail sector. She has successfully led marketing activities for both Rahva Raamat and the pharmacy chain Apotheka.
According to Kristina Mustonen, CEO of Arco Vara, the key factor in selection was Altmäe’s ability to deeply understand customer needs and ensure the company’s reputation and reliability in a highly competitive environment. “In a field with intense competition — whether pharmaceuticals or the book business — success depends on continuous innovation and creativity. These skills are also crucial for developing Arco Vara’s marketing strategy, highlighting the company’s unique strengths, and creating long-term value for both customers and the company,” explained Mustonen.

In September last year, Arco Vara implemented a structural change aimed at assigning a dedicated leader to each key area within the company.
