Real estate developer Arco Vara introduces a new brand identity after 20 years
Real estate developer Arco Vara has unveiled its new brand identity, emphasizing its commitment to creating modern and sustainable homes.
Kristina Mustonen, CEO of Arco Vara, explained that the brand update was necessary to align the developer’s visual and strategic identity with the company’s growth and evolving ambitions. “The goal of rebranding is to strengthen Arco Vara’s market position and reputation,” said Mustonen. She believes the refreshed identity will foster stronger customer loyalty, support international expansion, and solidify Arco Vara’s standing as a preferred employer in its field.
Marketing Manager Mariann Vendt assured that Arco Vara’s core business and name remain unchanged, but the developer’s tone of voice and appearance are becoming more modern. The rebranding features an updated logo that emphasizes the concept of home, reflecting Arco Vara’s core mission to create homes that inspire and enhance lives. “At the heart of the new brand is the motif of home, which conveys warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere, reflecting our commitment to the well-being of our customers,” Vendt noted. “When designing new homes, we anticipate our customers’ needs and strive to make the entire home-buying process simple and seamless,” she added.
According to the CEO, the decision to rebrand was driven by the need to more effectively communicate Arco Vara’s mission of creating high-quality and sustainable homes. Vendt further emphasized that the company’s vision remains to create homes where they would want to live themselves.
The visual identity renewal process began in May and included the articulation of the brand story and the update of the brand promise: “Building the future, creating value.” As part of the rebranding, the company updated its logo, color palette, website, and marketing and sales materials. Visual changes to Arco Vara’s real estate offices operating under a licensing agreement will be gradually implemented by the end of the year.
