Arco Vara constructed a commercial and residential complex in the centre of Sofia from 2007-2010. The building, which has two levels below ground and nine floors above ground, is home to a parking station, apartments, a shopping centre and offices. All of the apartments have been bought, but the group is still renting out commercial and office spaces in the building – around 7500 m2 in total. Currently there are no vacant premises.
