Arco Vara unveils new development project and its location

Developer Arco Vara has announced the purchase of new plots and plans to build two four-story residential buildings with 56 apartments each by the end of next year. The new Arco Vara development will be located on Spordi street in the Kristiine district of Tallinn.

According to Kristina Mustonen, CEO of Arco Vara, the company is constantly seeking for opportunities to expand its development volumes, and the new project on Spordi street perfectly aligns with this goal. “We were looking for a project where construction could start immediately. Spordi 3a and 3b represent a unique development that aligns with Arco Vara’s values,” explained Mustonen.

The development has a gross area of 7,600 square meters, and the two four-story buildings will have a total of 56 apartments ranging from two to five rooms. The project includes an underground parking garage and a bicycle storage area. The courtyard between the buildings will be a green space with a playground for residents. The apartment buildings will be constructed by Arco Tarc, subsidiary of Arco Vara.

“Arco Vara’s goal is to create high-quality homes with efficient layouts that meet the expectations of modern homebuyers. We focus on understanding our customers’ needs and have designed this development to accommodate contemporary lifestyles,” said Mustonen.

The location of the property played a key role in the acquisition decision, as it combines a peaceful living environment with logistical convenience, offering residents well-established infrastructure and excellent connections to the city. “Easy access to public transportation and the train station, proximity to schools and kindergartens, as well as nearby entertainment and sports facilities, make this development an attractive place to live for both families and active urban people,” noted the developer.

The pre-sale of apartments at Spordi 3a and 3b will begin in the second quarter of this year, with homeowners set to receive their keys by the end of 2026. The total investment in the project amounts to 15 million euros.
