The nominal value of each bond is 100 euros, with an annual interest rate of 8.8% and quarterly payments. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"block block-paragraph gutters\"><section class=\"content-block content-text\"> <div class=\"container\">\n<p>According to Darja Bol\u0161akova, CFO of Arco Vara, investors should note that while the official subscription period ends on Friday at 16:00, earlier deadlines may apply depending on investor\u2019s online bank. \u201cWe recommend that investors place their subscription orders in advance,\u201d Bol\u0161akova said. Subscription orders can be submitted through all banks in Estonia that provide investment services.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"block block-paragraph gutters\"><section class=\"content-block content-text\"> <div class=\"container\">\n<p>Kristina Mustonen, CEO of Arco Vara emphasized that raising capital enables investors to take part in one of the most significant development projects in the capital \u2013 transforming the Luther Quarter into a new landmark in the heart of Tallinn. \u201cThe public bond issue gives Arco Vara the opportunity to raise capital directly from people who believe in our vision and want to be part of our next stage of growth,\u201d she noted. The total investment in the Luther Quarter project amounts to 200 million euros.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"block block-paragraph gutters\"><section class=\"content-block content-text\"> <div class=\"container\">\n<p>The total volume of Arco Vara\u2019s bond issue is 10 million euros, with the option to increase up to 15 million euros in the case of oversubscription. The maturity date of the bonds is 24 September 2028, and the securities will be listed on the Baltic Bond List of Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"block block-paragraph gutters\"><section class=\"content-block content-text\"> <div class=\"container\">\n<p>In connection with the bond issue, Arco Vara held an investor event on 10 September at the Luther Quarter, where the company presented its activities, future plans, and the ongoing bond offering.
